This project is divided into two main sections, namely the northern and southern parcels. The northern parcel covers an area of 12,665 square meters, while the southern parcel spans 19,940 square meters. A road named Aurum Street will be constructed to connect and traverse the northern and southern project areas. The northern region primarily utilizes Frome Street, with Tallawong Road situated on the western side of the project. The project site is in close proximity to Tallawong Metro Station, just 250 meters away.
